We offer two types of session formats; an intensive one
day session with overnight lodging, and an intensive 4 day
session with 3 nights lodging. See descriptions of both formats and
schedules below.
The One Day & Overnight Sessions
2010 Schedule & Rates
The "one day & overnight sessions" take
place every non-holiday Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday all throughout the
year and the cuisine-curriculum is season appropriate. Minimum of 1 and
Maximum of 4 participants per session. All inclusive rates for classes, materials,
books, lodging, breakfast, lunch, dinners, beverages, beer, wine and
gifts included. Pricing below is for single or double occupancy,
with private rooms and baths.
